THE MAN WHO LOVES WISDOM??....

Proverbs for today.....

"Aman who loves wisdom brings joy to his Father, but a companion of prostitutes squanders his wealth."

Thank You Father God for this day and all my blessings. Thank You for Your word and the wisdom that you share with us. Thank You for drawing me closer to You by the power of the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus, Yeshua, our Savior and Messiah. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Make it so.

USE YOUR IMAGINATION?

God gave you something called "imagination" which means to image some thing in your mind, to see pictures of what you think about of things, that have not yet happened, or things you have not yet recieved.
Faith , and imaginationn combined, is the key to answered prayers. This is ancient wisdom in todays language. This is a secret, revealed, in a way an idiot should be hard pressed not to understand it.

It  is a no-brainer, follow Christ, despite your sinful nature because your Father in heaven loves you no matter what!! You are an awesome creation, "fearfully and wonderfully made" with power you may have no idea that you possess. Learn all you can about your Maker and He will make all your dreams come true, or, answer all your prayers that are in line with His Word.

Imagine, in your mind, the things that might be in God's Kingdom, and (think) on these things. Not only material things but especially spiritual things. Like; joy, peace of mind, love, freedom from lack, self-control, and patience. If we imagine these things, with faith, then God will make it happen!!
 I'm in the middle of realizing this first hand, thats why I'm shareing this with you, to be a blessing to you. It's the way I serve God, shareing what I learn from the Spirit.

GRACE FOR ME?

Thank God for His mercy and grace, which is unmerited favor. I'd never make it any other way. Thank God for the 'blood' of Jesus that washes all our sins away, past sin, present sin, and future sin. Thank You Lord Jesus, for loving us the way You love us, unconditionally, just the way we are. Thank You for the Holy Spirit, who molds us and changes us and makes us better. Thank You God in Jesus name, Amen

STICKS AND STONES........?

"Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me."

This statement is false!! Words do hurt people. Words have more power than we are taught in school.
Words create pictures in our minds that can affect every aspect of our lives. There's a proverb that states, "As a man thinks in his heart, so he is."  The words we hear and say control our minds and hearts. That's why it is so important that we learn the words of God. Let the Word of our Father in Heaven be in our hearts and on our tongues.
There is a constant battle going on inside ourselves. The enemy makes sure he pollutes our minds with negetivity, hopelesness, hatred, predudice, pride, fear, and any other destructive words he can feed into our heads. The only way to fight this tactic by the devil is the Word of God. Say this out loud:

 I am the head and not the tail. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the country. I declare supernatural health and  wisdom over my life. I am a blessing to my friends and family, and even to people I don't know. I am generous and careing. I am loved by God. Greater is He who is in me than He who is in the world.
I am blessed to be a blessing. I declare joy and peace and happiness in my life. I am prosperous and I live in abunance, I have more than enough so I can give to others . I bring glory and honor to God by showing mercy and forgiveness to my enemies. God is for me, who can be against me? Thank You, LORD God, for all my blessings. Thank You for Your Word and the secret knowledge that the enemy does not want us to know. Thank You for the power that is in your Word made available to us, for us. Thank You Lord, in the name of Jesus, Yeshua, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Make it all so.

MORE WISDOM?

Here are a few more verses from the book of Proverbs that jumped out at me as I read my chapter this morning.

"Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring forth."
Proverbs 27:1

"The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it."
Proverbs 27:12

"As water reflects a face, so a mans heart reflects the man."  Proverbs 27:19

"Death and Destruction are never satisfied, and neither are the eyes of man."  Proverbs 27:20

Yahweh vs. Allah?????

There were 360 Gods in the Arab world at the time of Muhamud. One God for every day. When he, (Muhamud) began to have the 'visions' that produced the Koran it was the day of Allah, or the 'Moon' God.  Koran = Recitation. It took from 610A.D. to 632A.D. and was completed at about 800A.D. Muhamud was illiterate. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

YAHWEH  was  and still is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He is the creator of heaven and earth. Our 'Heavenly Father'. He was there in the beginning and will be there in the end.
Manuscripts have been found that prove Yahweh is the only true God. The writtings that are the Bible we have today came way before the recitation of Muhamud. It's a no- brainer, for a thinking person, not given to  demonic influence.  Yahweh is the only true God, there is no other. Allah is a false God and the Arab people have been mis-led.
The time of recconing is at hand. There will be a war to prove who has the power to rule the world. Whose side will you be on??  The side of love and forgiveness and grace and mercy, or, the side of death, hatred, intimidation, fear and condemnation? The only sure way to 'heaven' for a 'Muslim' is Jihad and death. The only way to heaven for a 'Christian' is to 'believe in the Lord Jesus' and recieve the free gift of God which is Salvation by the 'Blood of Jesus' and everlasting life in paradise.        

Names of God?

Here are some of the names of God as written in Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic.

YAHWEH----This is the Hebrew name for God the Father or the heart of God and God's love. This is not a noun but a verb it means, "I am who I am." or, "He causes to become." Or, "I am that I am." In the Bible when we see the Word Lord in all capital letters the translaters are translating the word "Yahweh" so "LORD" means Yahweh.

JEHOVAH----- This is the english translation for "YAHWEH."

JEHOVAH "JIRA'---- God my Provider.

JEHOVAH "RAFFA"---- God my Healer.

ADONI----Greek For Lord or Master.

ABBA-----Daddy

ELOHIM----Creator in Hebrew

GOD---- Simply a title, as there are many 'God's' but only One True God.

JESUS----The second part of the "Holy Trinity" "The one and only "Son of God"

YESHUA---- Hebrew for Jesus

HOLY SPIRIT---- The third part of the Trinity, The Father, Son And Holy Spirit.

Latley, when I pray I try to include  the 'Hebrew' name, Yahweh, or "Heavenly Father Yahweh" Thank You....... And I always end a prayer in the Name of Jesus because  the Bible says 'No one comes to the Father exept through Him' and in the power of the Holy Spirit, who is our Guide and Councilor.

MORE WISDOM?

"A whip for the horse, a halter for the donkey, and a rod for the backs of fools!" Proverbs 26:3

I think all of us have been fools at one time or another, and God knows this, He knows when we do or say foolish things and almost always there is some kind of punishment forthcomming when we do things that are not becomming of  our faith. When we are disciplined by the Lord its trouble that we bring on ourselves. It's like a whippin from  'the Old man' just not with belt or switch but from our consciences and feelings of convictions, taking away of posessions, and doing time in jail or probation. These are the 'whippins' and the conseqences we face for foolishness. The Father disciplines His children because He love us. If when we do wrong and foolish things and feel no punishment then we are lacking a closeness with God the Father.
So all we can do is pray for self-control and wisdom in our actions and hope we don't do things we will regret. I believe this takes practice, we have to work harder at doing right because doing wrong comes natural. The closer we get to our Lord, the less we get whippins. This I know by experience, Amen. Wisdom??

"If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; if he is thirsty give him water to drink. in doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head, and the LORD will reward you."   Proverbs 25:21-22

"Better to live on a corner of the roof than share a house with a quarrelsome wife."  Proverbs 25:24

"Like a muddied spring or a polluted well is a righteous man who gives way to the wicked."
 Proverbs  25:26

We are the polluted well if we give way to Iran. We who believe need to stand with Israel now and until the Lord comes back, and we will be rewarded.  He will "Bless those who bless Israel, and curse those who curse Israel." It's a no-brainer people. Either we believe God or we don't! I stand with Israel!!!    

WANT WISDOM??

I forget where I heard this or who taught me this but It's really something cool about the Bible and how God divinely inspired it so we can use it to gain His wisdom. It is written that 'wisdom' is the princapal thing, so I guess that's why there are 31 chapters in the book of Proverbs, so we can read a different chapter every day and see which verses jump out us. Today is the 24th of Febuary and I'm looking at chapter 24.......several verses jump out at me,
 "Do not envy wicked men, do not desire their company; for their hearts plot violence, and their lips talk about making trouble."  Proverbs 24:1-2
"Eat honey, my son, for it is good; honey from the comb is sweet to your taste. Know also that wisdom is sweet to your soul; if you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off."  Proverbs 24:13- 14
"Do not testify against your neighbor without cause, or use your lips to deceive. Do not say, I'll do to him as he has done to me; I'll pay him back for what he did." Proverbs 24:28-29

IRAN, TROUBLE MAKERS?

Yes they are trouble makers in the whole Mid-East region. Saudi Arabia is afraid of them because Iran wants control of all the oil. And they are not the same 'kind' of Muslims, Sunni or Shiite. They only thing they can agree on is that Israel 'must be destroyed'. Israel does not want war but they will not be intimidated either. Look for a preemptive strike against Iran in the very near future. Obama is weak, he will not stand with Israel against Iran.
 Israel has the greatest weapon of mass destruction on her side, the mighty hand of the Living God. Any army that goes against Israel will be annialated by the God of Israel. There will never be another holocost like we saw in the 1930s and 40s. 1.5 billion Muslims in the world can be destroyed,God forbid, if they come against Israel.
 I'd much rather see peace and everybody just get along and be brothers but Islam does not want that. They want the death of every Jewish person in the world and then they would turn their hatred toward us  Christians and give us the choice to convert to Islam or be beheaded. That really gets to me, knowing someone hates me and wants me dead just because I don't share their beliefs You know what? Let em come on! We have our God on our side against our enemies! The Kingdom of God is comming soon! Lets all get ready for a change! 

A PROMISE FROM GOD?

"While Jeremiah was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, the word of the LORD came to him a second time. "This is what the LORD says, He who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it---the LORD is His name. "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and mighty things you do not know." For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says about the houses in this city and the royal palaces of Judah that have been torn down to be used against the siege ramps and the sword in the fight with the Babylonians"....  Jeremiah 33:1-5

FAITH?

I came accross this awesome acrynym for faith on NRB, the Leon Show as seen on the Miracle channel.

Focus on the positive in all circumstances.
Affirm that you are here for God and by God.
Imagine God doing what it is you need Him to do.
Trust God in all things.
Hope for the best best in all situations.

OVERFLOW?

....."For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good srored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be aquitted, and by your words you will be condemned."   Matthew 12:34-37

This is what Jesus said, I believe what Jesus says because so far, He has not been wrong. I'm just gonna be extra careful about what comes out of my mouth. I used to tell these off color, border line cruel jokes about certain people. No more, I repent from that. Repentence is changing your way of thinking about your sin. I'm sorry for all the stupid things I've ever said and I will do better from now on. I don't need to tell dirty jokes to make people laugh or be fun to be around.
 Thank You for Your Word Lord God. 

HOW TO PRAY?

Prayer is really a conversation between you and God. So when you pray, you talk to God. Just close your eyes and address Him, "Father God", "Heavenly Father", Lord God, or you can use one of His names, "Yahweh" His Hebrew name. Or "Jehovah" the english translation of Yahweh. Always pray in the name of Jesus because Jesus said "No one comes to the Father exept through me."  The first thing I say is "Thank You Lord for all my blessings." Before I learned how to talk to God I would start out asking for stuff. Or for people to act different toward me, or for God to sympythise with me about something stupid. Then I found out that God already gave me a certain amount of power and that I could 'Call things that are not as though they were." Doing what God says to do in His Word increases the chances of God answering my prayers. So now I just thank God for already making happen what has'nt happened yet. This is faith. "Without faith it is impossible to please God." Now God takes notice of your prayers and things start to happen.  I have had many of my prayers answered recently and that is truely an awesome thing to see. I could go into detail about how God is answering my prayers, about money, about relationships, about wisdom, about freedom, about joy, and I may have in other posts. This is the 2nd year of this blog and the things I asked for last year, most of them have come about. By prayer.  All I can say is that this is how it works for me and if you have'nt seen your prayers answered then you need to try a different way.
So when you pray, ask for the things of the 'Kingdom' Like the "Lords Prayer" Jesus says "Our Father in Heaven, let your name be sanctified, let your kingdom come, let Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven....." The things in God's kingdom on earth are things like these, love, joy, peace, kindness, mildness, faithfullness, patience, self-control, and goodness. The fruits of the Spirit. And you can say things like, "Thank You Lord God that I am growing in Your Word and that You are answering my prayers, help me to seek first Your Kingdom and then everything else will be given me according to Your will and Word." This is in line with God's Word. This takes practice, God knows what we want and need before we even ask so practice praying for what God says He wants for us in His Word.
He wants us healthy. He wants us wise. He wants us to be joyful and happy. And He does not want His children to be poor, He wants to bless us so we can be a blessing to others by faithful giving. He knows that we need money and "He will open the windows of heaven and poor us out a blessing we cant contain"... If we will just listen to His instructions and be a doer of His word. I am living proof of this!! Me, a sinner! I am in the middle of an answered prayer as I write this Post! Thank You Lord God Yahweh! In the name of Jesus, Amen!   

WHOEVER BELIEVES?

He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe; In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."   Mark 16:15-18 

JUST PRAY?

I watched a ministry message and a help show yesterday and it was about overcomming addictions. The minister stressed the benifit of A.A. and other 12 step programs to help with addictions. I'm not saying that these things don't work because they have for many people. As a person plagued with all sorts of addictions I must say that A.A. did not work for me. I've struggled for many years with these embarrasing maladies. Tobacco, alcohol, porn, drugs, all kinds of wrong behavior. What I have discovered is that the power of prayer has proved to be most affective for me. Thanks be to God I've been delivered from the worst of these things by the power of prayer. One on one with God, the Word and the Holy Spirit. I woke up one morning totally set free from tobacco. I smoked for over 40 years!! praise God! And it has not stopped as I write this  post. I've been set free from other things as well!

I was in treatment for alcohol for quite some time with no results. In fact it was even more embarrasing to me and my family that I was an 'alcoholic', immoral, character deficient, in fact, I think A. A. made me want to drink more to deal with the embarrasment. To make a long story short I fell away from A. A. and started to get into spiritual things like the bible and prayer and watching Christian Television. Well not too long after that, I fell into a deep depression and went to the doctor, with tears I told the doctor my life was not worth living, I lost my wife of 15 years to divorce, my kids were ashamed of me, and I did'nt really want to live but I did'nt want to die. The doctor prescribed me Zoloft. I went home that day and fell asleep. When I woke up I had no desire to drink and stayed sober for over 7 years.
Same way with Tobacco, after praying and meditating, (talking to God) for some time, I woke up one morning and had no desire for cigarettes. The same with other things I was once a slave to. Gone! Praise God! I was set free by the power of the Holy Spirit! God is able to clean us up if we come to Him and sincerely ask Him for help.
My advise to anyone who needs help with addiction is to give the Lord a chance to do His thing in your life. I am still a work in progress but I have overcome several addictions by the power of God. You can too. 'Practice' prayer and meditation and let God, who created you do His thing in you. 

  

WHOSE ENEMIES?

Israel's enemies are our enemies. We need to wake up our government to this fact, if they haven't already figured it out. If we continue to do next to nothing about the Muslim Brotherhood and radical Islam we all might be under Shari 'ah law in the not so distant future. Make no mistake, they do not want peace with Israel, they want her utter destruction and the destruction of the U.S. as well. These people are fanatics and they are under the controlling Spirit of the anti-Christ. 
Fact: In 1947 Arabs refused the U.N.'s Partition Plan and started their war of extermination against Israel. Israel won, but the Arabs held the West Bank and continued to attack Israel from there until Israel took the West Bank back in 1967. Proving that more land equals less peace.
Fact: In 1967 At the Arab League Summit in Khstoum, the P.L.O. directly rejected all attempts at peace with Israel.
Fact: In 1993 Israel and the P.L.O. signed the Oslo Accords in which Israel handed over the West Bank and the Gaza Strip control to the P.L.O. However, the Palestinians broke the treaty and launched attacks over 5 years killing hundreds of innocent Israelis.
Fact: In 1996 Palestinian chairman Yasser Arafat said, "We plan to eliminate Israel and establish a purely Palestinian state."
Fact: In 2000 Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak offered the Palestinians 93% of the West Bank. The anwer was "No"!
Fact: In 2005 Israel withdrew from the Gaza Strip, moved 8,500 Jewish citizens, giving all of Gaza away. The release of more land only resulted in a 500% increase in rocket attacks from Gaza.
Fact: In 2008 Israel's Prime Minister offered to meet almost all of the Palestinian's demands with nearly 100% of the West Bank. Again, the Palestinians were unwilling to to exchange land for peace and answered "No"!

"Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone."     Ephesians 2:19-20

Let's support our Jewish brothers and sisters in these last days and "pray for the peace for the peace of Jerusalem, those who love Her will prosper." 

FREE GIFTS?

"Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpetation of tongues. All these are the work of the one and the same Spirit, and He gives then to each one, just as He determines."   1 Corinthians 12:7-11

When we accect Jesus as our Lord and Savior, He gives us the Holy Spirit as a Guide and Comforter. Along with that the Spirit comes certain gifts to His choosing. All we have to do is 'receive' from Him!
With 'Faith' that He is, and "is the rewarder of those that diligently look for Him." So if any of us lack wisdom let him ask and the Lord who is just and faithful will give freely to us!
I am in the middle of an answered prayer as I write this post and I thank all my readers for letting me share my joy with you. CONFESS WITH YOUR MOUTH?

"That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the scripture says "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."  For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile---the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on Him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." 
 Romans 10:9-13 

I love this scripture! It is hope for all of us if we just do it!

WATCH YOUR MOUTH?

"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful in building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you are sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other,  just as in Christ God forgave you."  Ephesians 4:29-32

Paul was in prison in Rome when he wrote this letter to the followers in Ephesus. But it was probably circulated to all the Christian churches near Ephesus.
I know from experience that it's not that easy to 'watch your mouth' especially when you get around friends that are a little less than careful about how they talk. It's one thing to work on no matter where you are, at home, or anywhere. I think people have more respect for someone who has a clean and upbuilding manner of speaking. Not to mention when you're careful about the words you say you are less likely to grieve the Holy Spirit. It may even help your prayers to be answered mored quickly.

ISLAM?

In Islam, they sacrifice their young men and women for the sake of their God. In Christianity, our God sacrficed His one and only Son that we might live and live life to the full. Thank God I am a Christian. Thank You Lord Jesus!!

DEATH AND LIFE?

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who make it a friend shall eat it's fruit." Proverbs 18:21

What's God trying to tell us here? That what we say has the power to heal us or to kill us. Depending on how we talk to ourselves and others, we can make things happen good or bad. Here's another good scripture to meditate on:  Jesus said, "Again I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."  Matthew 18:19-20

 Have you tried these things yet? I urge you to explore the possibility that this is real and true. The problem may be that we have no one to agree with in prayer because we don't really pray. Choose life! Get closer to God.   "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ."  Romans 10:17

GOD BLESS YOU WITH?

Lord God, in the name of Jesus I pray and declare that all  those who read this will be blessed with all good things. God bless them with long life and health, prosperity with much joy and pleasure in the favor of God and man, divine increase,creativity, and prosperity, freedom from guilt and from lack. Protect them from the enemy and deliver them all maladies including addictions of all sorts.  Thank You God, in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior, make it so.

PASS THIS ON!

WHAT IS FAITH?

"Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for.
By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what is visible."    Hebrews 11:1-3

It takes more faith to be an athiest than it does to be a believer. Think about it, we all came from a gooy mess at the bottom of the ocean and then we 'morphed' into this perfectly formed physically sound, human being, complete with a mind , eyes, thought, and a vision of eternity, imagination, creativity. Do you really believe we just happened to be here by chance? I say NO WAY! I am proud to say that I am a creation of the Most High God, the Creator of heaven and earth, the God of the bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. That makes way more sense than evolving from a monkey or pond scum.
People who choose evolution would rather not have a God to answer to so they simply deny His existence hoping that He does'nt exist because they are afraid of God. Id' rather embrace God because by 'faith' I know He is real and that He really does love me, just as I am. I don't have to clean myself up for Him, He will work with me the way I am and make me better. Praise God!!

NEW HEAVEN? NEW EARTH?

"Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, comming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or morning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."   Revelation 21:1-4

That must be along way in the future, I can't hardly wait.

ASHAMED?

"I am not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For in the Gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."Romans 1:16-17

WAR IN THE MID-EAST?

Yeah, from what I understand Iran and the 'Muslim Brotherhood' want to fight all of us 'Infidels' and escpecially Israel. Do they really think they can win? No, but that's what it will take to appease 'Arab rage'.
They ,'Radical Islam' will not rest until they have destroyed Israel and the U.S. And then they will find someone else to conquer. Their aim is 'World Domination', just ask one of them. They want Shari 'ah law for the whole world. Im sorry for them. All we can do is pray that they come to know Jesus the way we know Him. We want peace, they want war. Well I'm afaid they may be getting what they want real soon. Saudi Arabia might find themselves fighting along side Israel or at least cooperating with them for air space.
They can't win against Israel because the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is with the Jews, not Islam. We will soon see who the greatest God is. Allah or Yahweh.   
I believe it's gonna come down to the world against Islam, 1and 1/2 billion people could die. Soon. God help us. Come quick Lord Jesus. Amen.

WORDS ARE POWER?

Think about it, God spoke the universe into existence with 'words'. Genesis 1:1-5 and verses 6,9,11,14,20,and 24 And He has given us a certain amount of that power as His children. It's called the Holy Spirit. The words we say tell alot about what's in our hearts. Just think , we have to give an account to God of every stupid thing we've ever said. I am so not looking forward to that day.
On the other hand, if we start now, useing our tongue wisely it might not be so bad. I have been alot more conscious of what I say lately because I found this stuff out. It's still not easy to control our tongues, it takes practice. But my point is, if we use God's Word more and say the Word out loud things start to change. I've been useing the fruits of the Spirit alot, when I'm alone I might say, love, joy, peace, kindness mildness  faithfulness, self control and patience.These are some of the good things found in the 'Kingdom.'  Or, 'Greater is He that's in me than he that's in the world.' Or any scripture I can think of. I wrote a 'thank you' song to Jesus, called  'Thank Ya Lord Jesus'. If you want to check it out it's some where in my archives from last year. I think there is a video of it some where here.
So, I 'call things that arent yet as though they were' by thanking Jesus ahead of time and it seems to be working out good for me. All you can do is give it a chance to work for you too. May you have a blessed day.

EVERY SIN FORGIVEN??

And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. ETERNAL BLESSING?

"For You are God, O Sovereign LORD. Your words are truth, and You have promised these good things to me, your servant. And now may it please You to bless me and my family.... For when You grant a blessing to Your servant.... it is an eternal blessing!"   2 Samuel 7:28-29 NLT

ASK FOR WHAT?

What I ask for is joy, peace, love, freedom, health, courage, prosperity,  abundance, fun, happiness,safty and protection, faith, contentment, beauty, and blessings to be a blessing. When I pray to God for these things the first words I say is: Thank You LORD God for all my blessings. Then I start saying the things I want God to do for me.
When we say the Lord's Prayer, you know, the "Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Let Your Kingdom come, let Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil." Matthew 6:9-13 Well, when you ask for the things found in that 'Kingdom' then you are asking for what is in line with this Word. And He will do it for you. Matthew 6:9-13  Read this in your own bible. Jesus was trying to tell us wisdom. When we ask for these, God will bless us with what it takes to experience these things of the Kingdom.
"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will give you whatever you ask for in my name. Until now you have not ask for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete."   John16:23-24

LIST OF SINS?

Here's what I was taught are sins: Smoking, drinking, drugs, lust, porn, lying, stealing, cheating, adultry, fornication, pride, selfishness, gluttony, greed, blasphemy, cussing, cowardess, homosexuality, unforgiveness, predudice, cruelty, envy, murder, jealousy, dishonor parents, witchcraft, divination, Idolitry, orgies and covetness and more. WOW! How many of these things are you guilty of? Can we guard ourselves from all of these things? Probably not in this life in our present condition but we can fight these things with the Holy Spirit of God.
Now look at these 9 fruits of the Spirit, they are: Love, Joy, Peace, Kindness , Mildness, Faithfulness, Goodness, Self-control and Patience.  Galatians 5:22-23
Here is the cure. If we cultivate these, using God's Word as food, then we fight the sin within and without, when we get God's Spirit in us, these things are evidence. All the sinful behavior just gradually goes away. I myself am experiencing this wonderful transformation. I invite you to get closer to God and you too will see a change in every area of your life. It's there for the asking. Just say:

 Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I confess all my sin now. I ask you to forgive me. I believe you died for me and You were ressurected on the third day. I ask You, Jesus, to come into my heart and I make You my Lord and Savior. In the name of Jesus, thank You for saving me. Amen!    

TOO PROUD?

Are you too proud to say you believe in God? Are you too proud to pray in public before a meal? Are you too proud to talk about Jesus with your friends? Are you ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus?
I think many of us struggle with these feelings. I for one, am guilty. There is so many times when I'm out , whether it is at a friends house or a restaraunt or a relative's house when I want to talk about the bible or God or Jesus but I don't because I'm afraid they won't accept it or be offended or be uncomfortable about this subject.
It's not that I am ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus, I think it's that I believe I am not worthy to talk about God because I am such a sinner. It's almost hippocritcal. By almost I mean that I'm not 'play acting' as is the definition of the word 'hippocrite' but I stand convicted by my own behavior.
I don't want others to think that I think I'm self-righteous. Public prayer is rare these days. I remember when people would bow their heads in a restaraunt to pray before the meal and others around respected that. Now a days it's almost a crime to pray in public for fear of offending an athiest or a muslim. You know, that's not right!
But here's what's going on with me now. I'm seeing that God is trying to use me for that very reason, to be an example to others who are like minded and to send the message that God still loves us and wants to be closer to us. He wants to use us. Even though we are not perfect. As we permit Him to show us "great and mighty things that we know not."  through His Word, we get stronger and stronger until that guilt just simply goes away. Why should we care what a muslim thinks about our prayer? Why should we care about what an athiest thinks, "This gospel is foolishness to those who are parishing" says the Word.
The stronger we get in the Word the less we will care about what others think of our faith. Remember, we stand on God's promises to us who believe. "If God be for us , who can be against us."
 May the God of Abraham,Isaac, and Jacob bless you and keep you, may the LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you, the LORD turn His face toward you and give you His peace."  Numbers 6:22-27  

THINK LIKE GOD THINKS?

If we learn to think like God thinks and say what God says we can achieve great things with our lives. God put His Word in the world for us to use. Those who reject God's gifts will never feel the true peace that can result when we recieve. The Word was God's greatest gift to mankind: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."  John 1:1 This Word was Jesus!
So when we meditate on the Word of God we learn God's thouhgts. When we begin to understand His thouhgts, we gain wisdom. Now when we say 'out loud' His Word we can cause things to happen that are in line with His Word! Wow! Remember, God created everything with just His 'Word'.
This kind of power does not come 'overnight' at least not for most of us, we must get this by repetition, studying the Word, hearing the Word, doing the Word, getting as much of the Word inside us as possible. It's not that easy, but it's well worth the effort. Start today. Amen.

RADICAL ISLAM ?

The Muslim Brotherhood is the mouth of radical Islam. They are gaining control in the Mid-East now by leaps and bounds. The purpose of the M.B. is to establish shari ah' law worldwide. In at least one counrty in Scandinavia the Muslim poulation no longers adheres to the law of that Land and instead abides by shari ah' law.
They also are sworn to kill all Christians and Jews who do not convert to Islam.
They also condone lying and deception as a way to that means. Politcal correctness says: The M.B. is a peaceful and good org. Not true. At this very minute they are infiltrating our social, political, financial, educational, and religious organizations to disrupt and destroy our way of life from the inside.
Beware of the wolves in sheeps clothing. They are the M.B.
Many believe that Israel is the M.B.s number one target, probably so because they hate Israel with a capital H. And they Hate us just as much. Watch out for Israel, and support her against the M.B. Israel has the ability to 'kick alot of ass' if it comes down to it and they will not hesitate to defend themselves. This is where it's all gonna come down according to bible prophesy. I'm on Israel's side because God says,"I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you". I believe God.

"SONS OF GOD"?

"You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."   Galatians 3:26-29

BELIEVERS ONLY>

Born again? If this is you then you started out as a spiritual infant and your 'baby food' is the Word of God. God has drawn you closer to Him and wants to fellowship with you! The more we feed on His Word the closer we get to to Him, our Father.
When we get the Word into us, we also 'renew our minds' by the Spirit that is the Word. As we grow in the Word we are given a certain measure of power according to our maturity in the Word. WOW. God gives us the power to train our thoughts, cast out wrong thoughts replace them with right thoughts. Right---in. Wrong...out. We must have the Word in us to  experience these gifts. We discover what our gifts,(anointing) is by being in the Word and letting God talk to us through His Word and  as we mature as 'Born Again' Christians we get stronger spiritually and His blessings become evident in our lives, our personalities, attitudes, general way of thinking is transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
If you are not yet 'Born Again' Just say this simple prayer:  

Lord God, I know I'm a sinner, I confess all my sins now Lord and I ask You to forgive me. I believe You were crucified for for me and the sins of the world and you rose again on the third day. Jesus, I want you to come into my heart and I make You my Lord and Savior. In the name of Jesus I thank You God for saving me. Make it so, Amen             

Now find a person, a servant of God to baptize you in the name of the 'Father,' 'Son', and the 'Holy Spirit'. I believe that if we follow the instuctions in God's Word we will live the 'Blessed' life. I am experiencing this power as I write this post. My advise to you is to 'Pass the Word' on to others and pray for others the same things you want for yourselves. Joy, Peace, Love, Freedom, Health, Prosperity, Abundance, Beauty, Pray for and think on these things because these things are found in God's Kingdom,   never come out and ask for money because that's not apart of His Kingdom. But He knows that we need money in our present form so He knows how to answer prayer. STILL SINNIN'?

I want so bad to  explain how a person like me, a sinner, can at the same time, serve God with spirit and truth.
I have a friend, more than one actually, that would rather not hear me talk about the bible and God and drink a beer or have some wine at the same time. Or just knowing that I still drink but have a tendancy to start talking about God. Does that make me a hippocrit? I think not. And here's why:
Just because a saved person still has certain weaknesses should not keep him quiet about what God has done in his or her life. That would be a worse  sin than drinking some beer or smoking a stinking cigarette. I can't help but talk and write about what I know and understand about God and His word. The Word says; "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me." That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."  2Corinthians 12:9-10. Read the whole chapter and try to get what Paul was feeling. He still had sin and weakness in his life and he had a direct encounter with the Lord Himself. There is no where in the Gospel, that I know of, where people who come to Christ, even the Apostles, become suddenly sinless and perfect after being saved. It is impossible for any of us to be good enough to earn our way to heaven.
What I am saying is that some of us are gradually 'transformed' and some others may be suddenly 'transformed ' like some of the people on T.V.
The apostle Paul was called by God to reach the Gentiles with the Gospel message. Just because he was being used this way by God did not automatically become sinless. Here's what he said: "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners----of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on Him and recieve eternal life." 1Timothy 1:15-16  Here Paul admits that he is still a sinner even though he is being used by Jesus to reach the gentile world. Being saved does not make one sinless. As we grow as believers we gradually loose interest in certain things like smoking and drinking and cussing and other things that are considered sinful behavior. Don't let sin hinder you from serving God, He came for you! God bless you richly, Amen   

STILL SINNIN'?

I want so bad to explain how a person can still be a believer and serve God and have sin and weakness in his or her life.
I have more than one friend that take offense when I come over to drink some beer or have some wine with them and start to talk about God and the bible. I can't help talking about what I know and understand about God and His Word. Even though I have my own weaknesses and 'giants' to slay I am still not gonna be quiet about what I know and what God has permitted me to understand.
First, just because we get saved does not automatically make us 'perfect' like the enemy would have us believe. For the majority of us our transformation is gradual. There are some who experience 'instant' transformation and I wish that could be the case for all of us but it's not. The enemy has used our weaknesses to make us feel guilty and unworthy so many who would turn to God won't because they believe the lies about sin and weaknesses the devil uses to draw us away from the truth.
The truth is that there will always be weakness and sin in our lives until Jesus comes back. Until then, here's what The Lord told Paul: "My grace is sufficient for you, my power is made perfect in weakness." Then Paul wrote,  "Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."    2Corinthian 12:9-10  Read the whole chapter.
He's not saying he is condemned, but that he is saved by God's grace and power.
I believe most of us will gradually get rid of certain things in our lives like the sins we tend to feel guilty about, drinkin,' smokin', cussin' ect... When we 'let go and let God' and stop feeling guilty and using these things as an exuse not to get closer to God then these things just go away.
I myself have been delivered from tobacco, depression, predudice, and several other maladies just by letting the Word do it's thing in my life. The more Word I get the less I am drawn to these other things. It's like 2 glasses of water, one dirty and one clean, dump the clean glass into the dirty one and it gets cleaner, dump more clean water into the dirty and it's cleaner yet, right, the same with the Word and your mind. More later. In the mean time don't let sin hold you back from serving God. Let serving God hold you back from sin. May God bless you richly.        

THE TRUTH?

The truth is that God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that we all might be saved from eternal separation from God and His Love. The Jewish people are still God's chosen and special people. He is still blessing them today whether they deserve it or not and He will protect them and fight for them as He did in ancient days. Jesus was the "lamb" of God, the offering or sacrifice that made atonement for the sins of His people. and of the whole world.
God made it so easy for us to obtain salvation it almost seems too easy, too good to be true. But all we have to do is 'ask' Him to come into our lives and let His grace, or undeserved kindness do its thing in us. We have to confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts that He died for us and was raised back to life on the 3rd day. Thats what it means to be born again, not of body, but of 'Spirit'. Because we are saved by 'grace' not by works or good deeds. So that no one can bragg about how good they are because we all sin and fall short of God's glory. That means He loves us just the way we are now. Then as we get to know Him, by His words, we can recieve the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit escpecially for us as a Guide, Counsilor, and Comforter. So that we can be transformed from what we used to be into what God wants us to be. What He wants for us is way better than we can imagine. "Eye has not seen, ear has not heard". Wow.
