The apostle Paul wrote this letter to the congregation at Phillippi while he was in a Roman prison and Roman prisons were very nasty. The point is He was still full of the joy of the Holy Spirit even under these kind of circumstances! Read this one often and memorise it. This will help transform your mind and strengthen your faith.
SCRIPTURE FOR NOW
"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:4 (N.I.V.)
