Prayer for confession of sins

Lord God of Heaven, I confess all the wrong things I"ve done in the past and all the things I may do in the future. I know I am a sinner Lord and I need Your mercy and grace for my salvation. I know I was born in sin and that Jesus came to deliver me from all unrighteousness. Thank You, Lord, for forgiving me and setting me free from the guilt of sin. Help me to not do the things I know to be wrong. You know me Lord, You know my weaknesses and my strengths. Help me to be strong and resist the temptations that stumble me. Thank You Lord, for forgiving me, In Jesus name, By the power of the Holy Ghost, make it so, amen.
