Dear Grand Kids,
I know it's been a while since I've written you. I don't know why, but I'm writing now because I just want you to know that I think about you everyday and that I'm so very proud of all three of you.
Dei, I didn't forget your birthday on the 11th, I was out of town and didn't get online to wish you happy birthday on Facebook. I hardly ever get on FB anyway. I hope you got my card I sent Monday. Sometimes the mail runs slow. I would really like to hear from you and Cassie more often, you two are growing up so fast and I am getting so old.. LOL... Any way, I'm not sure when I will be able to visit all of you out in Washington but I hope soon.
Ryan, Aunt Shawna, Scott and I were at the Creation Museum in Kentucky for two days, wish you two could have been there, it was really fun and lot's of things to see and do. Maybe someday we can all go together again. That would be awesome....
I guess I'll just close this little letter now with a prayer and hope you are all well and happy. I will be thinking about you and keeping you in my prayers. Love you all, Pap.......
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father God, in the name of Jesus, thank You for all our blessings. We thank You that You are our Provider, Protector, Healer, and Savior. We want You to be closer to us and let us feel Your presence every day, guide us and direct us in all that we do and help us to be better in every way. Heal our sicknesses and disease and any injuries we might have. Help us to gain wisdom and self control and make good decisions about what we say and do. We love You Lord, and we love Your ways and Your Word. We thank You and praise You, in the name of Jesus, make it so.....
